The coating consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon by weight. The production process of aluminized zinc steel plate is similar to that of galvanized steel plate and aluminized plate, which is a continuous molten coating process. When both sides are exposed to the same environment, the aluminum zinc plated steel plate with 55% aluminum zinc alloy coating has better corrosion resistance than the galvanized steel plate with the same thickness. The 55% aluminum zinc alloy coated aluminum zinc steel plate not only has good corrosion resistance, but also the color coated products have excellent adhesion and flexibility.

1. Thermal reflectance:

The heat reflectivity of aluminized zinc steel plate is very high, which is twice that of galvanized steel plate. People often use it as heat insulation material.

2. Heat resistance:

Aluminum zinc alloy steel plate has good heat resistance and can withstand a high temperature of more than 300 degrees Celsius. It is very similar to the high-temperature oxidation resistance of aluminum plated steel plate. It is often used in chimney tubes, ovens, lighting fixtures and fluorescent lampshades.

3. Corrosion resistance:

The corrosion resistance of aluminized zinc steel coil is mainly due to the protective function of aluminum. When zinc is worn, aluminum forms a dense layer of alumina to prevent corrosion-resistant substances from further corroding the interior.

4. Economy:

Because the density of 55% Al Zn is smaller than that of Zn, when the weight is the same and the thickness of the gold plating layer is the same,   The area of aluminized zinc steel plate is more than 3% larger than that of galvanized steel plate.

5. Easy to paint

The aluminized zinc plate has excellent adhesion to the paint and can be painted without pretreatment and weathering treatment.

6. The aluminum zinc plated steel plate has a gorgeous silver white surface.

7. Aluminized zinc steel plate has similar processing and spraying properties to galvanized steel plate.
